Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order.

Unused gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery, you can reach us on our contact page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
